"I have worked for RGIS for four years. The company's purpose is performing inventory audits for companies all over the world. The experience with the customers, as well as the employee experience, is nothing short of spectacular. Working in a positive environment is uplifting. You can see your accomplishments daily and be proud that you are part of something so beneficial."

"Dist #322 in has the most unprofessional drug users I have ever seen. The lead manager has no teeth and said she was leaving work to drink and left it on the supervisor. The drivers have been seen drinking and buying alcohol and drugs in company van. The employees are treated mean, I had inventory at a store and witnessed employees get no breaks, yelled at to count faster, and insulted. This has been a common practice observed by my colleagues as well in the Buckhead and Atlantic Station stores. It has been reported before many times on many sites and nothing seems to change. Beware, do not apply to work with this company. Report them if you can!"

"The major problem with this company is the greed and incompetence of the Blackstone Hedge Fund. Their primary function has been to suck as much money out of RGIS as they can to pay themselves inordinate dividends while trying to micromanage the company. The "blackstone handlers" do not understand the business, practice immoral personnel schemes and totally incompetent business practices. The people they cycle thru to run the place are clueless and spineless. Stay away from this company! Research Blackstone to see the sucking greed. Check out the extravagance of the folks who really pull the strings at RGIS."

"RGIS Ottawa has a very unethical work policy, you show up at work even if they don’t plan on paying you. You may have got up in the morning at 5 AM, paid for a bus fare in the middle of a cold winter, arrived at work on time when they ask you and wait for a supervisor who is two hours late, you don’t get paid! Another time we waited two and half hours due to computer problems and we did not get paid. RGIS workers are so angry when they don’t get paid they take merchandise from the stores they are working at. Inventory equipment does not always work, or breaking down, we have poor work tools, low pay or no pay at all! Don't waste your time working for this company!"

"Ok job. Have worked about 3 months and they are missing many hours of work on my paycheck. Still haven't gotten paid for work I did 2 months ago. Frustrated."

"RGIS is owned by the multi-national firm Blackstone, a venture capitalist group. Apparently, District and Area Managers operate per their own personalities, so if you kiss up to the right person you will get better work schedules. Sad but true. What I experienced in my 8 months with the company: falsifying my auditor level on customer sheets, weird and incomprehensible pay system and pay stubs - consistently paid less than my recorded work hours, supervisors who belittled employees and were vindictive, poor training, phone and computer time unpaid."

"A simple, repetitive job that can be done without much thought. You'll work odd hours, either very early morning or very late at night. You're discouraged from talking with coworkers while working. They're very strict with procedures to ensure the job is done correctly and will discipline you if they're not followed. There are chances of moving up."
