"Don't buy in to their self-perception. This is a company that only likes those who will praise them. Cliques abound. There is no human resources department so no one is accountable. The partners pride themselves on wonderful things but the reality is that the office is run by a clique headed by a manager who does not make eye contact, only gives work to the young girls in his inner circle. If you value yourself and your career steer clear of them and their high school mentality."
