"Rexel is the world's second largest Electrical Distributor and is a great Company to work for. Their products and services are exceptional. However, the Management Team out of Denver and specifically the Regional Sales Manager have no clue how to operate a Branch Store away from the Denver Metropolitan area. Once you get seated into the Branch Manager position, you are subjected to increasing pressures to meet unreasonable performance metrics. The Regional Sales Manager basically is a carpetbagger, meaning that he comes to the store - tells you what he wants you to do and then leaves without giving anyone any help directly. The outsides salesman does not even report to the Branch Manager, so anything that they do cannot be held as part of the Store's success. In the past three years, there have been four Managers in this location because nobody can stand the pressures and corporate structures."
