"Travel time is minimal the pay is slightly better then average and my fellow employees are easy to work with"

"Be on time as it seems its the only thing you will be reprimanded for and do your job and go home"

"People are allowed to work carelessly and messily and are not held responsible for their actions, the employees that do work hard get assigned more and more projects to compensate for the slackers and it becomes expectant of them so your working twice as hard."

"Give feedback whether positive or negative to employee ideas and concerns. Work with the employees directly affected by changes, new procedures without blindly implementing them. Most importantly hold employees accountable for their work."
