"Pros: Strong sales team. Friendly culture, and compensation was good. Cons: The company mission appears to be noble, but once you are on the inside, you learn there is no genuine sense of care for the employees or consumers. Essentially the philosophy is get the next deal at all costs. Value proposition is not novel, despite that being the “core competency”. They would constantly say “we are the only company that does this” and it was blatantly untrue. I was encouraged to lie to customers. Extremely bureaucratic, “yes man” management style, without support for growth. High turnover, including management/executive level."
