Position I am currently hold is Process and production improvement specialist at Mathews Brothers. As Production Manager at Jeld-Wen, I increased productivity and reduce staffing using 5S and lean tools such as Kaizen events, Kanban and Takt time in the North Springfield plant. I moved the plant from a two-shift operation to a one shift production operation. Increased KPI’s and UPLH.
