"Learning new techniques in Photoshop, advancing my own skills and having my name in an anticipated video game title."

"Even if the work sounds reasonable, start on it as soon as possible. I had many projects that took much longer than I expected."
What don't you like about working at Reverge Labs?
"The pay rate was terrible. While $9 a frame may sound great at first, the time a single frame took to complete varied from two to three hours. And the clean-up leads were bogged with work, so sometimes it took up to a week to get any feedback on my work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There were a number of animators who didn't draw the character on-model, so I think being more strict on who to hire would have saved a lot of time for clean-up artists."
