"Flexibility of telecommuting, working with all types of people and entities in helping them resolve their tax debt or compliance issues."

"Ethics, integrity and common sense are utilized and expected by this government agency. If it sounds like anything is unethical or criminal. Then, it most likely is."
What don't you like about working at U.S. Department of the Treasury?
"They started to micro-manage people via laptop computer programs and took away the Revenue Officers judgment and knowledge in working diverse types of collection cases."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micro-managing and allow the employees to conduct their work to their best potential. Stop trying to monitor every second of a work day. No two cases are the same. Assembly line methods are not feasible in this line of work."
