"Lots of exposure to different careers within the Marriott world. If you like helping people/guest/clients by helping them enjoy their stay as a cook, housekeeper, or front desk associate. Those are positions that are great for getting your foot in the door. You can grow as I did by assisting in the growth of one of their many properties by joining the sales, revenue, or event management teams too! These are just a few positions out of so many possible careers to choose from. They also have very good benefits as in 401K, health, and discounts at hotel stays around the world."
