"There are more managers than there are employees. On top of that, the managers are being moved around to different job functions every other month. It has got to the point where nobody knows who to report to and there are no longer clear company goals."

"Terminate half of the management team and spend some of that money on employees that actually work and not sit in meetings everyday."
