Substitute Teacher

"I have worked for Responsiveed for two years. They have kept me busy with work which is what I initially asked for. The faculty are very helpful and welcoming. I love to teach and I am good at it. They recognize you at the different schools. The one thing is there is no way for advancement you are in that position until you retire or leave on your own."

"I love being a teacher! It is a extremely rewarding job! To teach and to touch our students academically .I also enjoy helping students who have learning difficulties it is always so exciting when they understand what you are trying to say to them , they get so excited! When they get it. The pay isnt the best and moving up in the company isnt really done. But when you have taught a child and he/ she understands that is rewarding enough!"

"I loved working for this company! You don't have to have a College degree. My years of working as a Substitute teacher in the public schools was enough. They guided me every step of the way. The faculty made me feel very welcomed. Speaking to the corporate office was a breeze, they took care of the situation very quickly."

"Ive worked for Responsiveed over two years. I love their schools . They work with Charter schools. The schedule is good you just have to get in to the system . They dont promise you will work every day. But they have several schools around the area where you can work and that is what I did. The pay is not high but the reward of teaching kids cant be bought in my opinion"
