"The response has been a great company to work for, and they do an excellent job adapting employee responsibilities to strengths or personal career goals. In my case, I ended up transitioning from one role to a completely different one, simply because I had shown particular skills and interests, and there was never any pressure to stick to a rigid list of responsibilities. There were somewhat fewer opportunities for vertical progression, but part of that is likely due to the rather flat organizational structure. I would have also liked to have had better benefits (e.g. 401k contributions or matching), but in general, my experience was good."
