"Be sharp, ask questios, anticipate a lag in time before first project and between others."

What don't you like about working at Resources Global Professionals?

"Downtime can be disconcerting, but it would be good if training could be taken to upgrade skills while waiting for another project. Would be good for someone at Resources to periodically touch base and see what new skills have been obtained. Would be good to have a project board to find out what projects were available, so that you can apply."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open communications, honest feedback on how to do a better job for the clients and the organization. Leverage all of the skills that consultants have, and not the focused few."
