"I enjoyed the challeneges that growing a small manufacturer into an industry icon within a years time allowed me to experience and grow from. The responsibilities and hard work I put in showed itself in the companies growth and media recognition."

What don't you like about working at Resource International?

"Management and supervisors did not hold solid schedules which made it very hard to perform my job at full potential. The company had two owners who were rarely in the office to handle employee and customer issues. Email correspondence for important issues would take days and sometime weeks to address."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give more attention and recognition to the employees issues and projects they work on. The company lacked ample communication with their employees, neglected reviews in their contracts, did not provide benefits for full time workers. Much improvement could be made."
