4 Working for Resource Building Materials has been a wonderful opportunity. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of room for growth in a position and most employees will work the same title for the entire length of their employment. However, management, co-workers, and the workplace environment remains positive and you will find that almost everyone you encounter is friendly and helpful. The resource is a family-owned business and understands that life goes on outside of the workplace. So vacations, child care, appointments, school, and family emergency are usually not an issue when it comes to finding time to take care of your personal life. I would 100% recommend Resource to any experienced and entry-level person seeking employment.
