"A smaller recruiting firm that is solely focused on the bottom line and not at all in how they get there. The CEO often wanted us to not be honest, so as to manipulate clients and candidates, which I did not agree with. There is no respect for personal life if it does not agree with the very specific company culture. Only a good fit for long term positions if you are okay with never growing or expanding."
