"Some of the clients were difficult and defiant about not attending the classses offered."

"There was a lot of drama among my coworkers due to the young age of each employee. This drama made it difficult to thrive professionally."

"Hire more skills leaders and supervisors to manage more efficiently so professional growth can occur."

"Good co-workers,available working materials, frequent training and updating, good administrative setup."

"you would be coming in to meet loving staff and clients, but note that sometimes some of the clients with mental health issues really get 'crazy'."

"sometimes clients with mental problems could be very difficult to handle."

"management could be more magnanimous and give preference to vertical administration."

"working at bridgewell was a good experience in learning how to deliver good customer service."

"I did appreciate the support that was given to me by my direct supervisor when I was an entry level residential counselor."

"Atmosphere is always unpredictable and training is not all given prior to start date. There are youth that have emotional and sexual abuse."
