"Friendly office atmosphere. No back biting."

"Ask about benefits, and salary/wage caps. Also, ask about project per diem amounts and mileage reimbursement frequency."
What don't you like about working at GRW?
"No ability for career advancement. Compartmentalized employees. Did not give field employees adequate opportunities to grow into office positions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If an individual has multiple skills, utilize them; provide him with a challenging work atmosphere. Otherwise, the individual will become board and you will lose a valuable employee."
