"Yes, interview the Faculty, Executive Committee Members and Students' Representatives."

What don't you like about working at Indian Institute of Mass Communication?

"Now things are different. I do't like the qualikty of Faculty and their devotion and dedicatiopn to teaching."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is going to be a National Media University, with international facilikties. It should enjoy true autonomy, and should have all the organs of University Administration like Syndicate, Senate and Academic Council. It should have it Training Wing for the Third World Journalists."

What do you like about working at Lee University?

"It's a great environment for professional growth and development. I grew so much through my time working at Lee both personally and as an employee. Also, my colleagues and supervisors make the job enjoyable. They are very supportive and community-minded."

What don't you like about working at Lee University?

"It's a fast paced environment that doesn't always allow for a schedule. There are days when it's non-stop and that in turn, doesn't always promote self-care."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Lee."
