"I worked for Resco Products for a little over 2 years starting out as a temporary employee then moved up within 3 months to be hired on as a full-time employee. I learned a lot during my time there and managed to help Resco become a better place while bettering myself and my skills. I loved working there but my time came to an end when the company downsized. Resco is a great place to work if you are a team player and work hard to prove yourself. I left with lasting relationships of coworkers, supervisors and suppliers/vendors. Resco did help me succeed as a individual on the job and outside the job!"

"Good people and good company, however, unable to get a solid understanding of what it takes to implement a good maintenance program. Every decision is driven by production and sales, leaving very little for the maintenance departments to be successful in staying ahead of break downs and the ability to improve equipment. Every day is a firefight somewhere in the plant. If they learn to focus on maintenance more and less on sales until they can find the happy medium they will be an extremely successful organization."
