What do you like about working at Citizens Bank?

"People are helpful. The bank is small enough that you can get a full understanding of how it works, yet large enough that it is doing everything including Basel II."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't use caned resumes. The team studies them and if they feel like you are faking it on the resume they will zero in on that area"

What don't you like about working at Citizens Bank?

"Lots of thrashing without a clear plan. The team is very focused on owning their own space that they don't want to share info."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Avoid micromanaging, You are missing the big picture which in the end makes the work harder."
