What do you like about working at Rent the Runway ?

"It is based out of New York City, but they recently expanded to have college campus representatives in order to increase awareness and rentals. All of our communication from the bosses is through email or phone conferences."

"Lots of energy, good with technology and social, must have good people skills."

What don't you like about working at Rent the Runway ?

"disorganization, since all of the positions at my campus are not filled, we are not able to fulfill the goals because two people, including myself are dividing up 8 peoples jobs between the two of us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure that every team has all the positions filled, not having people double up responsibilities."
