"I worked for Reno Orthopedic clinic for almost two years. I left due to the limit inability to improve or move up. I had always asked for more responsibility and to utilize my skills in management and communication. I decided to leave because I couldn't envision a future there. The company provided benefits in both medical and dental. As well as a retirement plan, but the benefits were not enough for me to want to stay employed by them."
