"I suggest asking to meet most of the people you'll be working with. The friendly staff really contribute to the positive environment at Renfrew!"

What don't you like about working at The Renfrew Center?

"It would be nice if we could improve some of the equipment in some of the departments (e.g. computers, old desks). Most of these items are functional, but improvements would be beneficial. Overall, I don't have much to complain about."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd look to build connections between the departments and make them more team-oriented. Personality wise, I think the different departments are willing to socialize with each other, but I think this other-orientedness could also be incorporated into the work of Renfrew."
