"Renew as a company is 4 years old, but the management and owners all have at least 10+ years each. The 4 owners came from a smaller company that was bought out by Broadwind and split off when they didn't like the direction Broadwind was going. Working for Renew isn't horrible if you like small companies where you know everybody and like to be able to call or walk into the manager's offices.The downside is the pay is considerably on the low side and the work is disorganized."
