"Few knowledgable people came up with beautiful architecture (there are no more with the company). One can learn a lot and grow intellectually. However, plans and priorities change often at the management level. No focus and clarity on work being done (Who is responsible for what, when is the deadline, will we own the systems in the future, how are we gonna test and deliver it, priorities change halfway through and projects are scraped, etc.). Too many inexperienced and old school employees. A lot of emphasis on fun activities and group events. Favoritism and egos run high."
