"Improve account management skills.. be more concerned about your consultants you place. Take feedback and build a rapport with consultants.. it will only help the brand. Be more honest and transparent. Be more honest about the corporate policies and guidelines."

"Once a candidate applies to Remx and does not receive a call from them to keep calling and calling so you can be fresh in their memories that you are persistant and worth having them place you. Everyone should know how much their worth for a company to hire them....and I'm not talking about monetary value but more like work ethic."

"To give a yearly pay increase if the contractor is still w/ the same company after 1 year to the day they started. Also, give 1 or 2 days off extra if they complete 1,500 hours or more"
