"The job itselfe was an enviroment based on micro management. The work enviroment was not very good not only for the employees but for all who were involved. This type of management hurt employee moral on a daily basis. This did not translate well when it came to customer service. This was not how to help people grow and learn from an employee stand point. Work enviroment must be a place you enjoy and look forward to going each and everday you work."
