What do you like about working at Reline America?

"When I first started I felt like I was part of a family. The employees are all great people and all the customers were very nice"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Apply if you like to be watched for the 8 hours a day you are there. You will have to have everything you do under a microscope so the GM can find something to belittle you on. If you are a nice looking female you will have no problem getting a nice office job and a big salary to go with it. (See the GM in his office often to maintain)"

What don't you like about working at Reline America?

"Shortly after I started the offsite assistant manager moved. He brought with him unfairness, lack of compassion and unprofessionalism. This spoke volums considering he was a former preacher."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"CLEAN HOUSE. Get rid of the man who has almost distroyed a company that had a bright future. This is not a sweat shop, employees should be allowed to talk to each other while they work and you do not have to hide in the bathroom so you can spy. The GM has nothing to do but watch people like he was Hitler."

What do you like about working at Reline America?

"It is the worst work enviroment I have ever worked in. If you like being stabbed in the back and work your butt off with no notice of your efforts this is the job for you. Please keep in mind that if there is a pretty and skinny woman in line for the interview you need not apply."

"It is not worth the mental abuse you have to deal with. RUN!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Reline America?

"You will work your butt off and will never get a raise. Chances are the GM will not like you and he will plot your removal from the start. That is if he does not personally hire you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would pack up the GM and his family and ship them back to New York and then I would fire the people who laid on their backs to get the positions they have because they do not have the skills to manage based on their experiance alone."

"Run as fast as you can! Not worth the abuse!"

"The GM was a complete jerk with NO managment skills."

"Avoid at all costs, the underwelming salary does not make up for all the management issues."

"The GM has no clue how to manage people. He is controlling and allows personal agendas to dictate personnel decisions."

"Find a competent GM who appreciates talent and hard work."

"Working in accounting and working wih the customers. Processing payroll"

"Be willing to have all work second guess and checked for misspelled works and grammar errors."

"Some of the management styles. The General Manager uses the hands on approach to everything to do with the company."

"Allow the employees to do their job without having someone looking over there shoulder all the time."

"Leave unless your a office worker, because laborers don't get raises."

"The General Manager and the way he runs the place. Its run by a double standard."
