"Solving issues with companies. Too many companies have tried to do more with less. No one hired less. Identify gaps in best practices and being asked to return to help solve other issues is the best complement. I also get to see all different processes, from Vasoline to Gasoline, paper, power and pharmaceutical, drink and food. Knowing what I do matters is important to me personally."
