What do you like about working at McKesson?
"It gave me insight to the pharma side of things. We were on a project for a bio med and that was interesting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work in a call center."
What don't you like about working at McKesson?
"The high turnover. Management seems content in hiring someone who may not be qualified without doing a thorough interview."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The program I was over was a non call center project yet they tried to fit into a call center model. This needs to be changed."

"I like that it was close to home and that it was a large company."

"Be honest about your cabilities, if you overstate your experience and underperform it will hurt your chances for continued performance or advancement."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"Local Management had a hard time focusing on the big picture. There was not enough attention paid to smaller issues that would become complex issues because they were not addressed timely."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You should research and understand reimbursed issues that prevent claim payment. Work with third party payers directly to resolve these issues."
