"I have worked for Reilly Partners since April or 2018. Thus far, I have been given the opportunity to work on several major searches, the majority being at a C-Suite level. The search process can take a minimum of 90 days. This is a great opportunity for someone trying to begin their career, but this role does not offer much of a future. They offer an entry-level role, and a Managing Director/Business Development role (someone with 10+ years experience and has built their own book)."
