"This is a company full of the haves and have nots. You'll fine that there are a dizzying level of various management structures in place that aren't necessary. The latest "simplify and grow" initiative is a move to consolidate a portion of these positions, but instead of spreading salary increases to the associates that earn significantly less, management generally gives themselves a pat on the back with an additional raise."
