"United Guaranty was very good at rewarding and seeking out highly talented individuals. UG offered many opportunites to advance."

"Understand that this company is currently dealing with some significant financial issues."
What don't you like about working at AIG?
"Corporate management would often make decisions regarding field execution without getting critical information from the field. This would cause some confusion and affect the execution on the field level."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen. Before major changes are made, it is important to gather as much information as needed from the staff that will be effected by the change. This will aid with buy-in when the change occurs."

"I was the regional underwriting manager there. It was a great company."
What do you like about working at Ohio Savings Bank?
"They were very flexible. I was pregnant with my 3rd child and on medical bed rest. They couried files to my home amd I was able to continue working while on bed rest."
What don't you like about working at Ohio Savings Bank?
"Nothing except they moved all the positions back to Ohio."

"The company closed due to turning a blind eye to loans with fraud a beginning underwriter could spot"
What do you like about working at Aegis Lending?
"In the beginning it was a great company that made good make sence loans."
What don't you like about working at Aegis Lending?
"The change of upper management that wanted more closed loan at the expense of the quality of the loans and the pressure on underwriters to approve loans that should not be approved."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company is now closed due to management policy. I would have suggested going back to the policies of the original management team."

"People in Clark office were great."

"People in home office, senior mgt there too judgmental and micromanage."
