"Revolving door at the upper management level. No continuity. During negotiations, the salesperson was given no leaway and then the CEO or President would call and offer the same pricing that the salesperson suggested was needed to close the sale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire for the long term and pay for what you want."

"Don't!!!!! There are many more companies out there and you shouldn't waste your time or effort with this place."

"Extremely negative work environment. No opportunity for growth, no trust from management, no mentoring available, consistent backstabbing from management and co-workers. Unstable direction from Management (changes from month to month), unsatisfied customers."

"I enjoyed the busy schedule, travelling and training customers (distributors and resellers)."

"I regret that from the beginning the position was only a temporary attempt to increase national distribution."

"I believe management made a good attempt at keeping employees. However, I do think a better understanding of the true/overall company goals would be useful."
