"it appears that the company has gotten back to the organization it was when I joined the team in '98."

"Nothing. The corporate staff at Williams Scotsman is unprofessional and untrustworthy."

"No, They will learn on their own."

"Williams Scotsman should train the corporate staff in the peoples skills department."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Their is a gentleman thats smokes a cigar in the corporate office, he really should be a administrator's assitant to learn more about management skills. What college qualifications do you need for his position"

"The contact with people of different cultures."

"Be yourself, they can see if you are fake."
What don't you like about working at KD International?
"Being away from my family"

"Keep up the small company feeling, while growing."
What do you like about working at Clean Harbors?
"There are some good people there, not because CHES made them that way. In general, as with all companies you meet quality people, who regardless of their work environment, try and do their best."

"Good Luck, you're going to need it."
What don't you like about working at Clean Harbors?
"Bottom line company. The President Alan McKim is a tyrant, I heard him in numerous conference calls literally tear down quality people with little or no basis for doing so. They continue to layoff good personnel and their expectations for the future are never understood or followed through. The company work environment is directly in line with the presidents attitude - it sucks and you look over your shoulder often. He's 5ft 3 if that tells you anything..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Mutiny or you better have real thick skin!"

"Very poor company to work for, due to the economy they do not hire full time HP employees. All hired are contract employees."
What do you like about working at HP Software?
"A fast paced environment that was dynamic and fun."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not recommend HP at this time due to the fact that you would only be a contract employee."
What don't you like about working at HP Software?
"Being a contract employee leaves you with no rights as an employee."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management allowed sub-contracted companies that supported HP to haev to much control of the process. HP was ultimately responsible for the outcome of projects to Bank of America, but we controled very little of the process."

"If it wasn't for the Economic Recession, in which I was laid off, I would have worked there until they made me leave."
What do you like about working at Tellabs?
"I can't think of anything I did not like about my job, I looked forward to going to work every day, and doing the best I could to represent my company in every manner."
What don't you like about working at Tellabs?
"Nothing, Other than I am not working there anymorer!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well it would not be a fortune 500 company, started with only 13 guys, one of which is still the CEO. So I don't think that I can make any suggestions when a management team has a track like theirs."
