What do you like about working at Sealed Air?

"Freedom to do as I please. No micromanaging, I just make sure my projects are done to the best of my ability and assist the sales reps when needed."

What don't you like about working at Sealed Air?

"The pay is less than the industry standard and they dont compensate based on the location of the job / cost of living."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees better and they may want to work there longer. It seems to me that they are constantly losing good people due to lack of pay."
