"Ensure your references are good, relax for the interviews, and cross your t's and dot your i's. Throwing a line of bull does not help anyone; you discredit yourself in addition to possibly damaging a company's reputation."
What don't you like about working at KBR?
"It is very hard to break the good ole boy network. After numerous attempts, my progression was based on ability and a proven track record, and not the who you know mentality."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think management needs to be more open-minded and listen to what people have to say. A manager may manage, but without the team you are not a manager. Everyone should have a voice."

"Nothing really, just too bad when they merged with Siemens a lot of us lost or jobs."
