"I like my manager. He was not a micro-manager. He was a great listener and he would stick up for his team."

"I did not like visiting the stores because they are in bad neighborhoods."

"Don't be so Black and White. Allow some gray area."

"Great experience but too much off with their heads if disagreement with upper management."

"Sink or swim. You are challenged very quickly and I love that."

"They did use an assessment tool called Predictive Index in which the interview would be tailored for each candidate. They have been through 4 VPS of HR since that time so it's hard to tell what they have now."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand what topgrading actually is. It is not having a boat with 8 seats and 12 people need a ride. Have a strategy for building the organization."
