"If you want to feel appreciated don't work here. The Manager believes that everyone there is a thief, he will treat you like a 5 year old. They break so many laws, They lock the first aid kit so if you get hurt and the manager is not around to unlock it you are pretty much screwed. They test their computers with pirated versions of the disk GEEK Squad disk that Best Buy has. The air quality is horrible, they will give you a respirator if you ask for one. Some employees are illegals. Lastly, they don't care about their employees. I heard the manager say to someone that they are easily replicable. They say they're such a good company but with all this that they do I just don't see it."

"This company is terrible AT BEST. The environment is terrible, culture is terrible, micro managed, do not believe in morale, poor compensation, poor working conditions, no heat in winter, dirty, no AC in summer, fear based management, bad benefits, no time off, security team/management have grotesque moral standards. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Shame on this company. Do not apply here, save yourself while you still can!"

"The technicians there are not hired as technicians, with the background I have I usually have to build my own equipment out of various recycled appliances, which sucks. To ask for anything to get your job done equipment wise, they usually shuffle the requests to the side. The work area overall is dingy and dark, the ceilings need cleaned from whatever is hanging from it, you can't leave an iPad open to replace the touch screen without dust covering the inside of it. a ton of micro managing."
