"I have been working under Regal Heights Rehabilitation for the past couple of months. I enjoy providing emotional and mental support to patients. As well as focusing on developing better healthcare statistics. As many do not receive the right type of emotional and mental support required. In this position, I am encouraged to express my thoughts & opinions on how we can improve patient care. However, moving up or creating change as a whole, is quite difficult in the facility."
