"Ever since I started working at Regal Beloit in the middle of December, I feel like I have been a part of their family for years. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, and I mean it. Management is always there to answer or assist with any problems I might have encountered. If there is an idea or suggestion I might have, no matter how small or big it is, they take it into full consideration."
"Very small outdated plant that the company does not invest in for the future."
"I have worked for Regal for 5 years and it is a very dynamic company."
"Great Mindset of People. Hardworking and fully dedicated."
"As an intern, most of my opportunities were limited, but over the summer, the union went on strike, and I was able to work on the manufacturing side of things and with more of the engineers. As of the fall, the plant has decided to shut down their operations, meaning there is no more opportunities available."
"Fast moving company with lots of potential. Reports into corporate headquarters in Beloit,WI."
"Worked for Regal Beloit after they acquired the division from GE. Held multiple positions since their acquisition in 2005. An excellent company undergoing a restructuring."
"I worked at Regal Beloit for over 3 years. Over those years the company kept pushing for changes that made my co-workers and my job harder. They do well in being including and ethical, was a safe place to work with good people."
"I have worked with Regal Beloit for 1.5 years. It is an an excellent opportunity for new engineers to learn a lot in a short amount of time. I do however consider the company culture to be very lacking. This company is a forced ranking company that inspires competition and finger pointing with fellow employees rather than working together. The company feels like It grew too big too fast and the structure has not caught up. It is driven heavily by making returns for investors which seems to inspire a cut through corporate atmosphere. I also feel the company is slow to innovate, which is important because motors are an old technology that is becoming a commodities and labor competition with countries like China, India, and Mexico."
"Regal is a worldwide company with continuous growth. The people you work with are great and work well together. Management needs improvement. Decent insurance, no bonuses to speak of. No loyalty to employees."
