"Ever since I started working at Regal Beloit in the middle of December, I feel like I have been a part of their family for years. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, and I mean it. Management is always there to answer or assist with any problems I might have encountered. If there is an idea or suggestion I might have, no matter how small or big it is, they take it into full consideration."

I do however consider the company culture to be very lacking. This company is a forced ranking company that inspires competition and finger pointing with fellow employees rather than working together. The company feels like It grew too big too fast and the structure has not caught up. It is driven heavily by making returns for investors which seems to inspire a cut through corporate atmosphere. I also feel the company is slow to innovate, which is important because motors are an old technology that is becoming a commodities and labor competition with countries like China, India, and Mexico."
