Reflexions Data Employee

"Reflexions Data has great environment that promotes a good work/life balance. As an intern, I was given many opportunities to prove my abilities, and was given proportional responsibilities. The company's practices are not ideal, however. Reflexions scores embarrassingly low on the Joel test and similar metrics of development practice, and the products they build reflect this. While some people in the company are brilliant, others were permitted to deliver subpar software with no restriction."
