Working at ReelzChannel in Albuquerque, NM: 3 Employee Reviews

ReelzChannel Employee

"Reelz used to be a company that provided opportunities for growth and development, but has become a stagnant, dead-end location where there is no such thing as advancement or career growth and middle managers are so afraid of risk that they squash any attempt at creativity or innovation. The company does not reward loyalty, dedication, or skill with anything except more work. There is no procedure for employee concerns can be heard and acted upon that results in meaningful change. I would advise anyone looking to further their career seek employment elsewhere, because Reelz is a dead-end."

ReelzChannel Employee

"I worked for Reelz for 4 years, and while overall I'm glad for the experience it gave me, I found it to be too unstable a workplace to recommend it to anyone else. There was very limited opportunity for advancement and compensation versus actual job duties and expectations was extremely poor. While I had very good relationships with coworkers and middle management, there was such favoritism and obsessive secrecy from upper management that overall employee morale was very low."
