What do you like about working at Redstone College?

"The team work atmosphere. More importantly, I enjoyed helping the students learn about something they were interested in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You will be working there for the students, not for yourself. If you are taking a job there for yourself, you may want to go elsewhere. If you have a passion for seeing students improve their life and you enjoy interaction with people eager to learn, this job is for you."

What don't you like about working at Redstone College?

"The politics and how it interfered with the students education. This effected the condition of the buildings to how they kept students who were major distraction in the classroom and didn't really want to be there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make student a higher priority by by showing an investment in them and their instructors, and not just giving lip service to that concept. I understand a profit needs to be made, but I believe it can be without sacrificing the educational process and the infrastructure necessary to provide a great learning environment,"
