"Redeem Therapeutics is an earnest CBD brand and full-service hemp processor. There are only a half-dozen full-time Redeem employees. I found the people at Redeem to be genuine and the founders are knowledgeable about their endeavors. The technical side of the business is on point. Unfortunately, sales and marketing are an afterthought and in some cases completely mismanaged. Upper management refuses to self-identify, making successful marketing virtually impossible. There is a recognition that there needs to be an improvement in this regard, but spending more per month on an ill-fitted marketing firm than the revenue is taken in is a sure recipe for failure. Intentions are seemingly true, execution lacks a bit."
