"I worked for Reddyice for 5 years and in that time I worked 24/7 to assure their customers had the world class service they expected and demanded. Never did they make me feel like part of a team even though I developed a team atmosphere in my region for the employees under my direct supervision, only to be forced out by the incoming new Management, to make room for their own people."
