"I am working with this property more than 3 years.Very good with my all 39 employees and owner too.Very good with all my valuable customers...always looking for me for very good service and respect my helpful nature.All employees are staying with me as a family members,always understanding situation and trying to improve quality of good service and support for profit path.They support for money saving with good reputation and believe in repeat customers."

"Great work environment. The manager is really nice and fun to be around. The pay isn’t so great at all, honestly feel like it should be more because of those certain guest you have to deal with. Scheduling isn’t good at all. If you request a day off, you never get it. No matter how important it is. Other than that, the environment is really nice to be around"

"be your self..I tried to be as accurate is possible in my review..im not management or a disgruntle x-employee..I can say something only in house know like the big boss room is at the back torwards extended stay and rudy taxI is still secacus main taxI if you go on the web site for secacus taxis..but bein a front desk clerk dont expect to make in the teens I can tell you that much"

"growth opportunities wich is like non-existiance you need the deggree but I feel if you get it then you still may get low-balled"

"stop placing blam on people if you not doin your job right in either traninig or in general...lead by example"

"I liked working with the public and making sure they were happy. I liked the everyday challenges of keeping a hotel running smoothly. I liked diving into to the daily bookwork."

"I was not allowed to do my job properly. Instead of checking on the progress of the hotel himself, the owner relied on outside influences whether they were the truths or not. Did not agree with some company policies."

"There has to be a chain of command, allow managers to do their job with out interferring until absolutely necessary."
