"Also dealing with customers, you never know who you are going to meet and with that there are some very unique and intersting people that come there. I love meeting new people."

What don't you like about working at Red Robin?

"The hours are not idea since there is not a set sedule and would perfer to have a set one."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More open communication, better training for those that I see need the additional training and give positive updates."
