"I have worked with Red Robin since 2011. I have noticed within the past year that the support level has decreased, especially during a difficult time of opening the first Red Robin in the five boroughs of NYC. On average managers work 55 hours a week and the compensation just isn't there."

"Know your job, seek knowledge, have fun, keep the staff productive, coach the staff with integrity, and how the staff respect. Your numbers will fall in place if you do these things and pay attention to your business with common sense."
